At Broad Arrow Realty, our New Hampshire roots go deep.

The Broad Arrow mark was used to designate pine trees reserved for the King of England. This practice came to a head in 1771 with an event called the Pine Tree Riot. In typical New Hampshire fashion, reserving our best resources for the king didn't sit well with the locals. During the riot, a mill in Weare refused to pay fines for milling the king's pines, and quite the drama ensued. Fun fact: The riot is believed to be the precursor to the Boston Tea Party!

Lindsay Dreyer is the Principal Broker at Broad Arrow Realty and a New Hampshire native. Her real estate career began in 2004 in the fast-paced market of Washington, DC. During her time there, she sold over $700M worth of real estate, honed her marketing savvy, and founded a tech-forward real estate company, City Chic Real Estate.

Even after 16 years in Washington, DC, New Hampshire remained home in her heart. In 2017, she moved back to her hometown of Peterborough with her husband and three children.
